At Frutacy, we keep things juicy and simple – including your shipping! Once your order has been packed with fruity love and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including your track & trace link. All hipping costs include VAT. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or sale seasons.

Shipping Details

  • Free shipping on all orders – always.
  • Orders ship to your doorstep via PostNL or DHL.
  • We ship worldwide (except APO, FPO & P.O. boxes).
  • Customs, import fees or taxes may still apply for some countries. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Frutacy.

Sale & Holiday Shipping

During peak periods like sales or holidays, our fruity team is working overtime to keep up with the love. Orders are only confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation. Some items may sell out fast – if that happens, your order might (sadly) be cancelled. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.

Product Look & Feel

We do our best to show our fruits in their true colors. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Packaging may also differ slightly from the images you see online – but the fruit inside is always real and ripe.

Order Processing

All orders are processed once payment is received and stock is confirmed. If we need any extra details (like ID for payment verification), we’ll reach out. If your item is sold out, you’ll hear from us right away.

Estimated Delivery

We aim to deliver within 5 business days after processing your order. During sale or holiday periods, please allow 5–12 business days due to the fruity rush. You’ll get a tracking email once your package is on its way. (Psst: tracking updates may take up to 48h to appear.)

International Orders

Ordering from outside the EU? Import duties or taxes might apply, depending on your country’s customs laws. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Frutacy has no control over delays caused by customs – thanks for your patience!

Undeliverable Packages

Entered the wrong address? If a package is undeliverable or refused, we sadly can’t take responsibility for lost or misdelivered items.

Order Inspection

Received your order? Please check everything looks as expected. If anything’s wrong, contact us at info@frutacy.com with your order number, details and photos so we can make it right.

Shipping Issues or Damaged Products

We’re all about quality fruit. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 Hours. We’ll either replace it for free or offer you a full refund once it’s returned.

Unexpected Delays

Sometimes life throws fruit at us – floods, strikes, or other events beyond our control. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you informed, but we appreciate your patience and understanding.
