Frutacy Return Policy
At Frutacy, we want you to feel fruity and fabulous in whatever you wear. Not quite the right fit? Changed your mind? No problem here’s how we handle returns.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return your item(s).
What can be returned?
We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items as long as all original tags and packaging are intact.
 Items must be in a resellable condition. That means: no perfume, no stains, no signs of wear.
What can’t be returned?
- Gift cards
- Discounted or final sale items
- Products returned after 14 days
- Items that have been clearly worn or washed
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our side).
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Want a different size or color? Return your item and place a new order for the one you want.
How to return
- Email us at info@frutacy.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
- We’ll send you return instructions including the return address.
- Carefully pack your items and drop them off at your local shipping point.
Returns are at your own expense unless your product was faulty or incorrect.
Refused / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address info, the original shipping cost won’t be refunded. Please double check your info before ordering.
Faulty or incorrect product?
Oh no! If you received something broken or it’s not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll fix it promise.
