How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: at Frutacy, we do not keep stock. Every product is made to order consciously and carefully. This on-demand approach helps us minimize waste, avoid overproduction, and contribute to a more sustainable future. By producing only what is truly needed, we honor both the planet and your patience.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please visit our Returns page for more information.

How do I request a return?

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll make it right.
